No. Tortol is fully offline. All your data is stored locally on your device and never sent anywhere.
On Android, reinstalling the app will clear local data (Isar database). Back up your data before uninstalling. Your purchase will be automatically restored via Google Play or the App Store — you won't need to pay again.
Simply download the app and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used to purchase. The store will automatically restore your purchase at no extra charge.
For security reasons, there is no PIN recovery. If you forget your PIN and exhaust all attempts, the only option is to reinstall the app, which will reset all local data.
